Terms of Service

Using auwo ads at reklami.auwo.ai (the “Service”) means you accept these terms. The provider is Vaklin Stoynovski, Burgas, Bulgaria, trading under the auwo brand (audit@auwo.ai).

1. What the Service is

The Service makes an advertising pack for Facebook and Instagram from the data you enter: four images in three sizes, five texts, a short video and a guide. Images and video are generated with artificial intelligence.

2. Account and limits

• An account is required. The free plan is one pack per calendar month (Sofia time).
• A pack that fails is not counted.
• A paid pack of 10 is not on sale yet. The request on the “Pack of 10” page is not an order and does not bind you.
• We may restrict use in case of abuse or when our daily cap is reached.

3. Your responsibilities

• Facts, prices and conditions you enter are yours and must be true. The Service uses them as you wrote them.
• You have the right to use the logos and photos you upload and they do not infringe others’ rights. Do not upload photos of people without their consent.
• Read the texts and images before running an ad. You are responsible for compliance with the law (including consumer protection and advertising rules) and with Meta’s policies.
• Do not remove the “Генерирано с AI” mark from the images and video.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful, misleading or harmful content.

4. Rights in the output

You may use the materials you generate for your business at no further charge. We do not guarantee that nothing similar has been made for others. We do not use your materials to train models and do not publish them.

5. No guarantee of results

We promise no sales, reach or ad results. Models can make mistakes; reviewing before publishing is yours. The Service is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months (for the free plan: zero). This does not affect rights that cannot be excluded by law, including your rights as a consumer.

7. Term and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your packs and account at any time. We may suspend access for a breach of these terms. Files are kept for 30 days.

8. Governing law

Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are decided by the competent Bulgarian court, unless as a consumer you are entitled by law to something else.

9. Changes

We may change these terms. The current version and its date are on this page.
